Business Development Manager

Yandex is a technology company that builds intelligent products and services

powered by machine learning. Our goal is to help consumers and businesses better
navigate the online and offline world. We have launched a go-to app for discounts &
deals from retail stores to help users shop smarter and pay less. It will show best prices
and provide additional discounts on your purchases.

Right now, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify new
partners and establish long-lasting relationships with them in Colombia.

scratch. An awareness of the retail and e-commerce market in Colombia will help you to
succeed in this role.

a win-win partnerships mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Recognize opportunities and arrange meetings with decision-makers for retail clients
in Colombia, establish long-term relationships with them

• Provide insights into local market reality and needs

• Own and lead negotiations and solidify commercial agreements with senior-level
executives on the client side

• Help launch new partnerships in collaboration with the international business

development team

• Work cross-functionally and creatively utilize provided resources to develop new

partnerships

• Boost brand awareness / market presence by leading client-facing communications in

Colombia

• Represent the product at industry conferences and events, including participation in

industry panels when appropriate
Qualifications:

 Good understanding of the retail and e-com market in Colombia

 Knowledge of top players and ability to reach decision-makers there
 Perfect networking skills
 Fluency in English & Spanish is a must.
 General idea of digital advertising
