hereby WAIVE, CONVEY, TRANSFER AND QUITCLAIM any and all of my rights, interests,
participation and ownership over the above-mentioned property in favor of my co-owner,
___________________, of legal age, Filipino, married/single, and a resident
__________________, and to her heirs and assigns; That I execute this Waiver and Quitclaim
freely and voluntarily, and without any consideration of reward or promise.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto, hereto, individually or by their duly authorized
representatives, have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
