1. WHEREAS:

The Employer has made an offer of employment to the Employee and the Employee has
accepted the offer of employment, The Project is Amazon Business Model * Online
Arbitrage * The Employer Is interested in starting Amazon Business in the USA
marketplace, Employer will provide all the mandatory Documentation and Account access to
the employee.

2. PLACE OF WORK

Due to the nature of the work, the employer will not provide a place of work for the Employee.
The Employee’s place of work shall be any location designated by the Employee to be her place of work

3. SALARY

As per the Agreement of both parties on the Profit Sharing term. The employee will be charging 30% of
the overall profit for 2 months.
4. EMPLOYEE DUTIES

The Employee concurs that the person will act as per this Agreement and with the wellbeing of
the Employer as a main priority, which might require that person to introduce the best of their
abilities, experience, to play out every one of the obligations expected of the position.

5. Tools Expense

Employer will pay the employee for all the Mandatory tools

6. RESPONSIBILITIES

The employee is Responsible to perform the Following

Product Hunting
Product Analysis
Product Sourcing
Inventory Management
Customer Queries Handling
Account Management

7. CONFIDENTIALITY/NON-DISCLOSURE

7.1 The employee must not disclose any trade secrets or other information of a
confidential nature relating to the employer or any of its associated companies or their
business or in respect of which the employer owes an obligation of confidence to any third
party during or after the employment except in the proper course of employment or as
required by law.
7.2 The Employee must not remove any documents manuals or photocopies of such
documents or manuals or tangible items which belong to the employer or which contains any
document relevant to.
7.3 The Employee must delete all confidential information from any refuse able material and
destroy all other documents and tangible items which contain or refer to any confidential
information and which are in the employee’s possession or control upon termination of
employment.
7.4 The employee will not any circumstances disclose employee business design and other
relevant technical and financial details to any unauthorized person.
7.5 The employee will not disclose any client confidential data.
