THIS AGREEMENT made this Tenth Day of December Two Thousand and Twenty-Three BETWEEN WILL
GRANT whose address is Grand Anse St. Georges Grenada (hereinafter called “the Employer”) and LOLO
MORAIN of Laura Road St. David Grenada (hereinafter called (” the employee”) of the part

THIS CONTRACT BEGINS on the SEVENTEEN days of December Two Thousand and Twenty-Three
1. The employee is employed as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President Administration
2. The salary is Two Hundred and Fifteen Thousand Dollars per month to be pain by cheque in arrears of
the Twenty-seven of each month subject to statutory deductions
3. Employees will be required to work weekdays, Mondays to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm daily with one
hour lunch break.
4. Vacation of TWO weeks per year will accrue and will be taken as directed by the employer having
regard to the exigencies of the operation of the organization
5. The employee is entitled to ten days paid six leave per year provided that after the third consecutive sick
day the employee produces the employer a valid medical certificate indicating a doctor’s opinion that
the employee should not work or is incapable of carrying out the employee’s particular functions
6. Compassionate leave will be considered on a case y the case basis
7. Special requests for other days off must be in writing addressed to the director and submitted at least
one week in advance of the day requested
8. The employment contemplated under this agreement is PENSIONABLE the employer shall register the
employee with the national insurance board and make the legally required deductions from the
employee’s wages for making the payments of national insurance contribution for and on behalf of the
employee
The employee shall be eligible for registration in the WILL GRANT group health plan managed by
GLOBAL LIFE
9. This agreement is effective from the seventeen day of December
There will be a probationary period if the employee for whatever reason fails to meet the employer’s
expectation
10. Either party may terminate this contract giving the other one month’s notice of intention to terminate
11. Each of the following actions taken by the employee independent of the others is agreed to be cause for
immediate dismissal of the employee
a) Negligence or irresponsibility while on the job
b) Theft of property or irresponsibility while on the job
c) Unauthorized divulgence of the employer’s confidential information
12. The employee acknowledges receipt of the staff manual and code of conduct issued by the employer
