The mode of speech delivery that has the least application is
the memorized speech as this speech would only be used when the
speech is only short, and it has many downsides to it that is why it is
not used frequently.

Answer:
The mode of speech that has the most application would be
the impromptu as this is used by many when they are asked by others
about their opinions on certain subjects with no preparation. So I can
say that this mode has the most applications as this can also be used
by many people.
