Introduction
The primary objective of “food for thought” is a cultivate a
deeper awareness and understanding of the food we
consume, the system that produces it, and the implication of
our dietary choices.

DESCRIPTION
Food for thought
Encourage individuals to examine their relationship with food,
explore the ways in which their thoughts, emotion, and beliefs
influence their eating behaviors, make positive changes in
their own lives, and contribute to more sustainable food
system, to promote sustainable and healthy food choice by
educating awareness about the impact of our food choices
on human health, to encourage everyone to engage in healthy
food choices, and to promote a more thoughtful and
sustainable approach to food.
