Free Campus Gallery Resumes

Recruiters, who have an active subscription of Firstnaukri resdex may view and download resumes
or email candidates under Campus Gallery for free. The resdex quota will not be reduced for each
of these emails or views. Contacts to these candidates are monitored by the ‘Training and Placement
Officers’ of these campuses and the TPOs usually offer support in recruiting students.

Please note that only email contacts and CV views are free; SMS quota will still be reduced for any
SMS sent to these candidates.

Resumes uploaded by TPOs from colleges featured in Campus Gallery are known as Campus
Gallery Resumes. The information given in the resumes are verified by the TPO and contacts to
these are actively monitored and acted upon by the TPO
Why should I contact Campus Gallery CVs ?
a. Contacting Campus Gallery resumes might result in a Campus TPO forwarding you more
relevant resumes and offering assistance in carrying out the hiring process
b. Information in Campus Gallery resumes are actively monitored by the Campus TPO and are
verified by them

provided in this tab will impact quota.

Campus Gallery Resumes: This tab features all matching resumes for the search performed, from
colleges featured in Campus Gallery. Any activity (contact, view, download) performed on resumes
from this tab will not impact quota. Please note that SMS sent is not free even if it is sent to Campus
Gallery candidates.
Are Campus Gallery resumes also present in ‘All Resumes’ tab? What happens when I contact
them from this tab?
Yes, Campus Gallery resumes are also present in ‘All Resumes’ tab. Any activity (contact, view,
download) performed on resumes provided in this tab will impact quota.

There is an exception to this rule:

a. if you do a resdex search and then email all candidates from the search results, then your
resdex quota will only be reduced for those candidates who are not Campus Gallery candidates.
