Penggunaan ijin kerja
Ijin kerja di pakai oleh :

- Pemeliharaan
- Pekerjaan di tempat terbatas
- Pekerjaan bahan mudah terbakar atau
bahan mudah meledak
- Paparan bahan berbahaya
- Pekerjaan dengan tegangan tinggi
- Penggalian
- Peledakan
- Penggunaan mesin pembakaran internal di
area tertutup
Tipe ijin kerja ;
Di sekitar aktivitas kerja dan lokasi membuat
tidak mungkin hanya satu jenis izin sehingga
harus sesuai dengan semua situasi. Untuk
alasan ini, ada beberapa ijin kerja yang aman

The usage of Safe Work Permits
Safe work permits should be used by:
- Any industry that has a significant risk
because of a particular hazard.
Safe work Permits should use in activities such
as :
- Maintenance
- Work in confined spaces
- Work in flammable or explosive atmospheres
- Exposure to harmful substances
- Work with high voltage
- Excavations
- Explosion
- The usage of internal combustion engines in
enclosed areas
Types of Safe Work Permits;
The range of work activities and location makes
imposible for a single type of permit to all
situations. for this reason, there are several
different types of safe work permits
The appropriate types is determined according
to the nature of the work to be performed and
the hazards to be eliminated or controlled.
- Work clearance - used when the work have
to be done no request preparation by the
operation personnel. For example; oiling,
greasing, garbage removal, meter reading,
etc
- Hot work permit – used when heat sparks
are present due to the work activities. for

dengan zat-zat berbahaya telah di eliminasi atau
sesuai tindakan pencegahan telah diambil
- Izin masuk ruang terbatas-digunakan ketika
memasuki ruang terbatas
- Izin khusus – digunalkan untuk menutupi
bahaya khusus, seperti bahan radio aktif
Setiap satu dari lima jenis izin yang di jelaskan
di atas menyediakan daftar periksa orang
menyiapkan peralatan, daftar bahaya yang
terlibat dalam kegiatan dan tindakan
pencegahan yang akan diambil.
Ijin kerja yang aman harus di keluarkan hanya
oleh orang yang berkompeten, yang benar –
benar mengerti dengan kerja dan area kerja.
Penerbit harus meninjau tempat pekerjaan yang
akan di lakukan sebelum mengeluarkan ijin.

- Cold work permit- used in maintenance work
that does not involve hot work.
Cold work permits are issued when there is no
reasonable source of ignition and all contact with
harmful substances have been eliminated or
appropriate precautions been taken
- Confined space entry permit – used when
entering confined spaces
- Special permits – used to cover special
hazards such as radio active materials.
Each one of the five types of permits described
above provides a checklist for the person
preparing the equipment, a list of the hazard
involved in the activity and the precautions to be
take.
A Safe Work Permit should be issued only by a
competence person, who is completely familiar
with the work and the work area. The issuer
should review the place where the work will be
performed before issuing the permit.
