handling.The two most important hygiene factor we should mainatain
are:Personal Hygiene and Kitchen Hygiene.

themselves clean and maintain their overall health and wellbeing. It
includes activities such as regular bathing or showering, brushing teeth,
maintaining clean and trimmed nails, and wearing clean clothes,etc.

Hand hygiene refers to the practice of cleaning one's hands to reduce the
spread of germs and infection.
