    Dear Sirs,

    Good day! Hope this letter finds you well. On behalf of the 2022 Resident’s Association Board of
    Directors, the undersigned wishes to secure your approval in allowing Mr. < > to enter the Sta. Catalina
    cluster premises using his tricycle, with plate number <> every Friday, from 3PM to 5PM. In relation to
    said request, we’re hoping the security guard on duty can help escort Mr <> during the said period.

    Said vehicle will be utilized in gathering recyclable materials from our participating neighbors who are
    taking part in our Materials Recovery Facilities (MRF) project. He will only be allowed to collect the said
    recyclable materials and nothing else, nor will he engage in any other activities other than what was
    specified.

    Kindly let us know if there would be concerns. Looking forward to your favorable response.
