Pacjent 77 lat leżący w łóżku, złe samopoczucie i zmęczenie od rana.

Prawdopodobnie zasłabł. Aktualnie nie może wstać z łóżka. Zgłasza zawroty głowy,
nudności, znaczne osłabienie. Pierwszy taki epizod. Uczulenia neguje, przewlekle nie
choruje, leki na stałe nie przyjmuje. Ostatni posiłek śniadanie. Logicznie odpowiada
na pytania, wykonuje polecenia. Innych dolegliwości nie zgłasza. Pacjent przed
przyjazdem zespołu normalnie poruszał się.

Podano tlen, wykonano EKG, założono wkłucia dożylne. Zastosowano środki
farmakologiczne. Podano łącznie 3 mg atropiny brak poprawy. W międzyczasie
wykonano teletransmisje na kardiologię - konsultacja telefoniczna z kardiologiem -
brak cech widocznych dla OZW. Podano Adrenalinę 1 mg. Podjęto decyzje o
wykonaniu przezskórnej elektrostymulacji. Wykonano sedację i uzyskano zamierzony
efekt. Pacjent monitorowany, podłączono elektrody w ułożeniu przednio - bocznym.
Uruchomiono tryb elektrostymulacji. Pojawiło się tętno na tętnicy promieniowej.
Pacjenta przekazano na oddział kardiologii w celu założenia rozrusznika.

 Case report
A 77-year-old patient lying in bed, feeling unwell and tired from the morning. He
probably fainted. Currently unable to get out of bed. She reports dizziness, nausea,
significant weakness. The first such episode. He denies allergies, is not chronically ill,
and does not take medications permanently. Last meal breakfast. Logically answers
questions, follows instructions. He does not report any other ailments. The patient
was moving normally before the team arrived.

Oxygen was administered, ECG performed, intravenous lines were placed.
Pharmacological agents were used. A total of 3 mg of atropine was given, no
improvement. In the meantime teletransmissions for cardiology were made -
telephone consultation with a cardiologist - no features visible for ACS. Adrenaline 1
mg was administered. A decision was made to perform transcutaneous electrical
stimulation. Sedation was performed and the intended effect was achieved. The
patient was monitored, electrodes were connected in the anterior-lateral position.
Electrostimulation mode activated. There was a pulse on the radial artery. The
patient was transferred to the cardiology department for pacemaker insertion.
