1 Menyusun strategi pemasaran dengan mempertimbangkan aspek segmentation, Full Market Share
targeting dan positioning (STP), dan menentukan marketing mix (product, price,
promotion dan place/distribution).

- Melakukan segmentasi pasar berdasarkan demografi, psikografi, dan


behavioral variable
- Identifikasi target pasar
- Meningkatkan positioning product secara terus menerus
- Meningkatkan diferensiasi yang unik kepada customer dari product
maupun layanan
- Membuat pricing policy
- Membuat rencana dan melakukan aktivitas promosi bersama team sales
- Mengembangkan channel distribusi
2 Menyusun dan mengelola implementasi rencana pemasaran (marketing Full Marketing Plan
