UND CFI GATEWAY

We are excited to announce that we now have a special new path


for University Gateway pilots from UND. The CFI Gateway allows
those already accepted into University Gateway to apply for the
opportunity to stay at UND as an instructor and meet certain pro-
gram requirements before coming to JetBlue as a first officer. Pro-
vided they have met all requirements of the program and have
passed all background checks, pilots accepted into CFI Gateway will
not have to complete any additional JetBlue interviews.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

The job offer is contingent upon meeting all of the following


program requirements*:
 Graduate from UND with a 3.0 GPA in your major
 Get accepted into University Gateway
 Successfully complete additional selection process
 2,000+ hours TT
 >500 hours multi-engine time
 CRJ Training
 ~20 Hours CRJ training during senior year
 Monthly CRJ training to maintain proficiency
 FMS practice in Virtual Avionics Procedures Trainer
 Jet Refresher Course prior to transition to JetBlue
 Advanced multi-engine instruction (CRJ, King Air or JCAB)
 Check pilot and/or management instructor
 Complete ATP-CTP course
 Successfully pass ATP written exam
 Must be eligible for an ATP without restriction at comple-
tion of the program
 Pass a background check and drug test

*More details are outlined in the CJO document. The Pilot Hir-
ing Committee (PHC) will have the final review of all candi-
dates and may alter these eligibility requirements as it deems
necessary.
