    PROJECT DESCRIPTION INSEPCTION NOTES


    The project consist of 5 buildings, (4 buildings x 2B+G+8+R & 1 building At the time of inspection the following were found :
    x 1B+G+3) made of concrete structure in Dubai lagoon DIP area with Project is not progressing.
    internal and external finishes. Enabling works completed. Foundation works completed for four
    buildings.
    One basement completed and columns for other basement done.
    Project is on hold for long time. Developer is in process to get new
    building permit and mobilize the site.
    Developer, consultant and main contractor all are changed for the
    project
