Purpose:- Branch and Office Building
Location :-Wolkite City
Consultant – At-con Engineering and Architecture
Consultancy PLC
Contract signed date- June 18, 2022 with
2,035,500.00ETB.
PA= 3500 m2 BAU= 1057 m2 TFA= 3814 m2
Status:- Final Architectural design submitted and
reviewed. Other discipline are being prepared by the
consultant
Challenges-
The available Title deed is outdated and does not
show the exact coordinate of the site therefore, the
consultant is facing a challenge to use the space on the
front
The new tittle deed certificate was difficult to acquire
because the city municipality was taking long time to
prepare the document (Compensation for existing

There is an existing G+1 structure constructed by the
Wolkite city administration on the project site, there is
impending issue to be settled regarding that. Security
problem/un safe condition is happened around the site
Way Forward
Meeting should be held at each benchmark with all
stakeholders to immediately find solution to the
impending issues
To do strict follow-up on the stakeholders of the
project and to take any preventive or corrective
measures as the contractual agreement to assure
the project is going as per the schedule
assessment and other documents are reviewed , completed and sent for Approval.
Scope change has been made from B+G+M+2 to B+G+M+4 due to the
minimum height on the area is G+4 and difficult the plane consent and
