    PROJECT DESCRIPTION INSEPCTION NOTES


    THE PROJECT CONSIST OF 5 BASEMENTS, WITH 5 PODIUM LEVEL, AND For Tower.1 mobilization, enabling, foundation, structure,
    TWO TOWERS internal,works substantially completed. MEP, Internal finishes,
    (G+72 LEVELS) TOWER 1 building envelope and external works progressing at advanced
    (G+43 LEVELS). TOWER 2 stages.
    For Tower.2 all building construction activities substantially
    LOCATED IN BURJ HALIFA COMMUINTY completed. DCD and BCC from Dubai BPS
    received on 29/12/2022. All DEWA meters installed. Snagging and
    deep cleaning works progressing at site.
