Objective: To provide opportunities and resources that facilitate career development for the
youth in our Barangay Libertad.
1. Conduct Career Exploration Workshops
• What: Organize workshops or seminars that expose students to various career options
and industries.
• How: Invite professionals from different fields to share their experiences, insights, and
career paths with the youth.
• Why: By exposing the youth to a wide range of career opportunities, they can make
informed decisions about their future and explore their interests and passions.
2. Establish Partnerships with Local Businesses
• What: Collaborate with local businesses to create internship or apprenticeship programs
for students.
• How: Reach out to businesses in the community and propose partnerships that offer real-
world work experience and skill development for students.
• Why: Providing practical work experience helps students gain valuable skills, understand
the demands of different industries, and make connections that can benefit their future
careers.
3. Organize Career Fairs and Networking Events
• What: Plan career fairs or networking events where students can interact with
professionals and learn about job opportunities.
