3. Write the crafted objectives on meta cards and post them on
manila paper.
4. Choose a rapporteur to present your output in 2 minutes.

Possible Answers:
1. In writing objectives we must remember the ABCD and SMART
guidelines.
2. The DOs and DONT’s in writing objectives are:
a. DO use verbs that are action-oriented when describing the
performance.
b. DO NOT use verbs that are vague or that cannot be measured.
c. DO formulate objectives according to your
audience.
d. DO use action verbs that the participants can
relate to.
e. DO NOT assume that certain key details are obvious.
f. DO NOT use more than one action verb per
objective.
g. DO formulate two clear objectives instead of a misleading
one.
h. DO NOT use corporate language.
i. DO make sure the limits are set correctly.
j. DO focus on the outcome of the task.

1. Review the 3 learning objectives you have crafted earlier.
2. Check your crafted objectives if it follows the ABCD and
SMART guidelines in formulating behavioral objectives.
3. Refine those phrases that do not follow the do’s and don’ts in
writing objectives.
