 2. WISH STRUCTURE (IN THE PRESENT) à CÂU ƯỚC

a. Ước ở hiện tại

Công thức:

wish + S + QKĐ

Use (Cách dùng) Thể hiện một mong ước trái với hiện

tại, không đúng ở hiện tại

b. Ước ở tương lai

Công thức:

wish + S + would/could V

Use (Cách dùng) Thể hiện một mong muốn về điều gì

đó trong tương lai.

c. Ước ngay tại thời điểm nói

Công thức: wish + S + QKTD
Use (Cách dùng) Thể hiện một mong ước trái với hiện
tại ở ngay thời điểm nói.
Dấu hiệu:
1. now, right now, at the moment, at the present
2. Địa điểm rõ ràng

Note: be à were (formal, written English)/was (informal, spoken English)

Sentence Transformation: It’s a pity …. (Thật đáng tiếc…)à I wish/If only ……
I. Use used to or didn’t use to with the verbs from the box to complete the sentences.
