CS error during tracking with There were some occurrences of a CS error with a "Call Service" user guidance
THS (GXRCQ 19443) popping up during downwards tracking with the table THS. This is now solved.
VS non-tiltable: failure in SID lat‐ During the adjustment for the VS non-tiltable (FSF> Adjustment -> System
eral adjustment (GXRCQ 18896) -> SID lat) the message "Unable to get the VS tilt monitoring data from the VS
component" appeared after pressing <Apply>; the completion of the adjust‐
ment was not possible. This problem is now solved.
Tracking possible outside of Tracking is now possible for a vertical beam even when CS is not in lateral or
locks (GXRCQ 17450) longitudinal locks and when tube and auxiliary are not aligned.
Error message due to large num‐ An error message showed up on the CSUI when an exam with more than
ber of vies on CS UI (GXRCQ twenty views was initiated. This problem is now solved, the number of views
18859) that can be displayed is no longer limited to 20.
Failure of longitudinal-range ad‐ For a VM that is positioned at the frontside of the room, the longitudinal range
justment for frontside mounted adjustment failed when it was started at the right side, as requested in the FSF
VM2 (GXRCQ 19419) procedure. After this adjustment, the longitudinal axis could move motorized
at all. This problem is now solved.
Permanent error messages from After a wrong calibration of the beta axis, the problem occurred that the CSP
CSP (GXRCQ 20237) permanently generated error messages and a re-calibration was not possible.
This problem is now solved with CSP SW R10.x.5 Build 090406.
CSP vertical collision retraction The backwards movement of the CSP following a collision was inhibited. This
problem is now solved. The backwards movement will work as required with
CSP R10.x.5 Build 090406, provided the CS height drive controller is updated
to SW version 3.4.0.
CSP movement slow when used The longitudinal and transversal park and APR movements of the CSP were
with VM anti-collision system too slow, when used with a VM (due to interferences with the VM anti-collision
system). This problem has been solved with CSP R10.x.5 Build 090406.
Title Description
CSP database download error The CSP stopped sending records when the first empty APR data was detect‐
ed during the APR database download. This problem has been solved with
CSP R10.x.5 Build 090406.
Unintended tracking movement When free cassette was selected as auxiliary, it occasionally occurred that a
with free cassette (GXRCQ tracking movement was started after a change of mode (e.g. from diagnostic
19641&21534; FPR DMC mode to QA mode) or after a change of view. This has been solved with
00002783, -2786,-2751,-2838, DigitalDiagnost 2.0.2 SP1.

Store-image-to-service function Storing images to the service partition created a lot of undesired data, which
creates undesired data (GXRCQ could reduce the remote service performance. This problem is now solved.

Incorrect patient type Sporadically, the patient type newborn/baby/child did not come up correctly in
(BST_DMC0002458/GXRCQ correlation to the patient date of birth and the default patient type was used
18605) instead. This is now solved.
Wrong x-ray generator data set Sporadically, after storing some x-ray generator data via the "hand/disk" icon
stored (GXRCQ 19282) on the exam screen, a wrong exam parameter set was stored. This problem is
now solved.
Mirror icon missing in rotated im‐ When an acquired image was freely rotated the "Mirror icon" (mirrored letter
ages (GXRCQ 18016) R) was not visible within the PMS DICOM Viewer for some image export for‐
mats. This problem is now solved
System stops during image ac‐ There were some occurrences where the progress bar stopped when an image
quisition (GXRCQ 19011) was coming in and the system then had to be rebooted. This problem is now
solved.
MPPS cache file corrupt There were some occurrences of corrupted MPPS cache files. This is now
(GXRCQ 18535) solved, corrupted MPPS cache files will be replaced automatically when de‐
tected by the system.
Printer definitions missing Some printer definitions were missing from the system, these have now been
(GXRCQ 19177) added.
Store manual override, also for The "Store Override" button was shown on the UI following a manual change
receptor sensitivity, workspot, of the receptor sensitivity, workspot or amplimat rotation. This was not correct,
amplimat rotation (GXRCQ as these values can be overridden, but overridden values cannot be stored in
19758) the EPX database. The button was removed.
Image Area Dose Product not in‐ When DX images were exported as CR images the Image Area Dose Product
cluded in CR export for DR im‐ was not in the DICOM header. This DICOM information was added.
ages (GXRCQ 19724)
Stitching views could not be For copied examinations, the stitching editor was disabled and images could
stitched manually (GXRCQ not be stitched. This is now solved.
19439)
Missing dose per image for free There was no dose per image information available to free cassette examina‐
cassette examinations (GXRCQ tions. This was corrected, the dose indication is now displayed after exposure.
19015)
TH-S system freeze (GXRCQ Systems with a THS experienced some system slow-downs and system
19669) freezes due to a problem with the CAN message not being processed. This
problem is now solved.
Title Description
Error message after free expo‐ The error message "CALL SERVICE - Digital Flat Detector error" sometimes
sure (GXRCQ 19516) popped up after a free exposure. This happened due to interference with a dark
image sequence. This problem is now solved.
Ready light for next image ac‐ There was a ready light and image acquisition was possible after the message
quisition after flat detector error "CALL SERVICE - Digital Flat Detector error" had appeared following an ex‐
(GXRCQ 18552 &19532) posure, even though image acquisition should not be possible in this situation.
this problem is now solved.
Wrong patient type after error Following the error message "CALL SERVICE - Could not select exam, no
message (GXRCQ 18299) matching APR data found", the patient types were for incorrect for all views.
This problem is now solved.
Export filter calibration has no ef‐ Performing an export filter calibration had no effect. This has been solved with
fect (GXRCQ 17097, 17272, DigitalDiagnost 2.0.2 SP1.

EPX database validation failed The EPX database validation took a long time and sometimes ended with a
due to timeout (GXRCQ 19647) time-out and could not be completed. This problem is now solved.

1. Software download can be done via FSF:General functions ➜ Install. Software download versions are part of
the CD Applications Software DigitalDiagnost Rel. 2.0.2 (4512 201 05594). Folder on the CD: Embedded
Software for download. The labels on the EPROMS do not necessarily show the firmware versions currently
in use for DigitalDiagnost 2.x. due to software download of embedded software. To check the software and
hardware versions of the components refer to FSF: System information/Surveys ➜ Release version levels.
2. Software download can be done via AGenT (version 5.1 or higher) ➜ Program\Update generator software.
3. No Software download option, only PROM exchange.
4. The SW version of the PCR reader can be checked via FSF: Configuration ➜ PCR ➜ Start Maint. Utility for
PCR Reader (PC-MUTL).
5. The current version of the EVA database can be V60 or higher, this does not affect the functionality.
6. PCB must be version 4512 130 23493, otherwise the SW download will not work. If PCB is a lower version,
the update of the software can be done via a PROM exchange, but this will prevent future SW downloads. The
preferred solution would therefore be to exchange the PCB for a newer version (4512 130 23493).
7. SW update possible via Flash Tools 3 or in DOS mode with a bootable CD.
8. SW to be installed on service PC.
9. EPROM exchange required to upgrade SW for controllers delivered before release 2.0.2. Controllers delivered
with release 2.0.2 do not require an EPROM exchange.
10. If an older version of the EPX database is converted and used, the version level will not change to the current
EPX database release, but the converted database is still compatible with the current release of the
DigitalDiagnost system.
