I. OVERVIEW
A guide to successfully configure an ImagePilot Server, and Image Pilot Client (KM Sup-
plied and Customer Supplied PC).

II. RESPONSIBILITY
This can be performed by anyone trained on ImagePilot.
III. SYNOPSIS
This guide is for configuring an ImagePilot Server and Client PC.
IV. REQUIREMENTS

The key sections of the above manuals are highlighted in blue text for easy reference.
Please follow the unpacking instructions of the Regius 110 Installation Manual.
Set the power supply to the 120v tap using the red tap plug that is supplied in the
accessory bag.
Power up the Regius 110. When it finishes its self-check, it will display a network
error. The default IP address of DST:192.168.20.170 and SRC:192.168.20.90 will
also be displayed.
Connect the mouse and the keyboard into any free USB slot on the back of the
server.
Connect the white DVI connector into one of the two connectors on the video card.
Connect the UPS to power and turn on; please wait at least 15 minutes to confirm
UPS is charging.

temperature. Once images
are acquired, these fields will
be grayed out.
2. Press [Apply] when finished
1. Enter data for institution name: this data will appear when the overlay or
stamp is activated.
2. Select Hospital Type: “Hospital” or “Veterinary”
3. If selecting “Veterinary”, select ―DICOM Tags Support.‖
4. Press [Apply] when finished
1. Under device information, please select a shipping date. This will be the
date of the installation.
2. Press [Apply] when finished.
1. Place a check box in all customer purchased options. This will be based
upon license file.
2. Press [Apply] when finished.

V. NAS Configuration
NAS
The NAS hardware must configured first and present on the network in order
to proceed with the NAS settings.
The NAS screen may differ if the site is using a backup NAS and expanded
NAS.
The default IP Addresses for the Backup NAS (192.168.20.133) and for the
Expanded NAS (192.168.20.134)
The default share folder for the Backup NAS (kim_nas1) and for the Ex-
panded NAS (kim_nas2); Please use (kim_nas1) for both the backup and
extension NAS shared folders.

2. Enter the Host Name for the Job Manager. Please leave the default of CS1-0001 in the
box.
3. Select the Job Manager button to launch the SQL database.
4. In the SQL DB edit the following table entries: c_status, r_status, r_version, relations.

3. When entries are completed, select [Send] and then re-start the reader. Select [Exit].
4. Select ―Reader‖ [Settings] and change the IP address to the newly configured IP of the
reader in order to be able to connect.

Items needed for configuring Remote Maintenance on the Image Pilot Server:

Summary
RemoteINN2.exe installs R2 and VNC onto CS-1, CS-2, CS-3, ImagePilot and
Printlink 5. It sets the VNC password and updates the hosts file on all the above
systems.
Additionally, on CS-1 it installs msxml4-KB927978-enu.exe. On CS-2 and CS-3 it
deletes the IA_Start_S.bat and updates the RemoteSvrE.ini file. On Printlink 5 it
shares the Mainte_Tool directory and copies all the dll’s from …\Plnk6\SYSTEM32 to
C:\windows\system32.
Finally, on all systems port 443 is checked to see if it is open or not.
Instructions
1. Copy RemoteINN2.exe onto a USB thumb drive.
2. Insert the thumb drive into the system that needs R2 and VNC installed.
3. Double click on RemoteINN2.exe.
4. Do not change the Unzip to dir: from the default of C:\windows\system32.
Click on Unzip to start the installation process.
5. When the installation has successfully completed the following screen will appear:
If you would like to restart the PC then press y and then enter. Otherwise press n
and enter.
ERRORs
If any problems are detected during the installation process the green
“RemoteINN2 completed successfully!” screen will be replaced with a red failure
screen similar to the one below. Only the problems detected will be displayed.
If connectivity using TCP/IP port 443 fails then the following screen will be
displayed. At this point you should check network connectivity, especially WAN.
2)Key-in ―krems‖ in the column for ―Password‖, and Click [OK] on Login dialog.
3)Following screen appears, Select [Windows] and Click [OK] on Select OS dialog.
9)Input All Information fields for the customer, Click the [Next].
Please pay close attention when inputing the information, misspelling and case will cause multi-
ple registrations of systems on Questra.
Use Subgroup for Dealer Information (If KMMI Sale please input that)
6. To install the uploaded template, click on [SELECT]. This will open to the correct location.
7. Doublclick on the file.
8. The new file will appear in the box below. Select [REGISTER].
