1. How has AdZU SHS changed you personally? (Be as specific as possible taking into account personal development,
leadership, resilience, confidence, assertiveness, interpersonal skills, psychological maturity, spirituality, etc.)

Personally, AdZU SHS changed me in a few ways. To break things down, first I’m going to talk about studies. As a student, I’ve
become more advanced in my studies, and I could say I've become more intelligent. I've learned how to study effectively to cope
with the learning style of AdZU SHS. Second are the hardships and challenges throughout high school that changed me. Not being
able to fully experience on-site classes, regardless of whether they are already implemented, the sense of lack of experience,
learning instruments, on-hand activities, or whatever, made it two times harder for me to survive my 2-year journey in SHS. but I
survived. With that experience, I became more persistent and put more effort into my studies.

2. What accomplishment/s in AdZU SHS has given you the most satisfaction?

There are accomplishments that the AdZU SHS has given me, such as my grade 11 accomplishments. For the complete two
semesters, I achieved 2 with honors awards.

 3. How has AdZU SHS prepared you for your next step? (Which of the subject/s offered best helped you?)

AdZU has assisted me in preparing for my next steps by selecting the appropriate SHS strand, STEM. For example, given the
importance of science-related courses in my chosen college major, I believe STEM fields, such as biology and chemistry, had
anticipated what would be taught in nursing.

4. During your stay in the SHS, did it help you form a solid career choice? What course do you plan on taking for college?

Yes, to be honest, it was the toughest part of my stay as there are so many options, and I think it is also relatable. However, there
was this one time during my 11th grade year when there was a webinar or seminar with college students and professionals from
different fields and courses who were very generous to share their ideas and experiences and speak motivationally regarding their
chosen course. They also gave some advice to us students who were about to decide which courses to take, plus they were also very
informative in Q&A, which I think piqued the curiosity of the majority of us. Hence, that webinar and specifically that one nursing
student who took part in advocating that course had a great contribution to make in choosing the right and suitable course for me,
which is nursing.

5. If you could change anything about your stay in AdZU SHS, what would it be? Why?

It would be the experience since, as a modular/abroad student, I couldn't really appreciate the joy, excitement, and state of the
face-to-face learning arrangement. Another factor that contributed to my poor marks was a lack of face-to-face activities such as
labs and recitations. It also upsets me that I wasn't able to make the honor roll, but I've accepted it and am glad for where I am
today.

6. How is your experience with the ADZU-SHS’s implementation of the face-to-face class this school year?

7. How has your Guidance Counselor or SHS Guidance and Counseling Office helped you during your stay in the SHS? What
message would you want to give your Guidance Counselor or SHS Guidance and Counseling Office?

I would rate it 9/10, and the service will always be praised. I couldn't be that specific; however, in other words, I could describe the
guidance counselor or the SHS GCO as a fast and interactive service. Looking back at my previous university, AdZU is very much
incomparable, just talking about the speed and timing of responses, assistance, and most of all, discipline.
