ART APPRECIATION SPECIAL M&E[1]

1. Art Nouveau.

For this semester, my favorite art output was the advocacy painting I created. It was
a departure from the conventional serene landscapes and allowed me to challenge myself
artistically. I embraced the opportunity to express my thoughts and emotions freely, relying
on my imagination rather than existing references. Through mixing colors and adjusting
brushstrokes, I gradually brought the scene to life, hoping to raise awareness on the effects
of pollution and inspire change especially among the youth through my art. This painting
resonated with me on a personal level, as it combined my passion for art with a meaningful
cause.
2. Art in Introspection of Life.
ART IS INSPIRED

I have come to realize from the course that art is inherently influenced and inspired.
Each artist is inspired by something, whether it be nature, emotions, other artists' works, or
the world around them. My mindset and style in art have changed as I now embrace the
idea of artistic derivation. I no longer see it as mere imitation but as a process of building
upon existing ideas and transforming them into something personal and original. This
realization has expanded my creative horizons, allowing me to explore different sources of
inspiration and incorporate diverse elements into my artwork.

3. Final Message for your Professor.

Although our time together was brief, your lessons and guidance left a lasting
impression on me. Your lectures and assignments challenged me to think critically, explore
new perspectives, and push the boundaries of my artistic abilities. Beyond the grades and
assessments, I want to express my appreciation for your dedication as an educator. Your
passion for the subject and your genuine care for your students' development have made
this semester truly meaningful. Thank you for sharing your talent, knowledge, and personal
stories throughout the semester.
