This is Michael. Founder of Productivity & Performance – A business


established with one purpose – to help coaches & consultants create the

Over the years I’ve invested upwards of $100,000 into courses, mentors
and programs on productivity, marketing, and building a thriving client-

Some were better than others, but there’s one big gap to the equation
that kept my team & I from operating at our full potential. That same gap
also led to (a lot) of burnouts and periods that left me buried in
overwhelm.

Most productivity resources out there teach you how to manage time
and work faster, but doesn’t necessarily help you move the needle
forwards.

Compounded with the daily bombardment of new tactics & tools from
the modern digital marketing world... more and more business owners
became very good at working fast, yet still find themselves faced with an
endless to-do list... with their time availability being the biggest
bottleneck to their business growth.

Not fun. Especially with flexibility, fulfilment and freedom being the
main motivators that led most coaches & consultants to incorporate
their LLCs in the first place.
When the only path to revenue growth is to grow your work hours, not
only will it be a matter of time before the business plateaus, it’ll
eventually start retracting as workload becomes unsustainable.

Not to mention the huge cost of not being able to create experiences
with the people who matter most because you're "busy”.

Michael, I’ve tried training salespeople, outsourcing my marketing, and


even onboarded a full-time executive assistant... on top of higher

again and again by me, my clients, and top industry leaders that I had
the privilege to study closely with.

By fully focusing on activities and opportunities that provide outsized


returns while eliminating all the trivial many... not only are there fewer
moving parts, fewer projects to jump between, fewer chances of being
spread thin,

scaling up your Return-On-Time-Invested (ROTI) becomes infinitely more


doable.

Because at the end of the day...

simplicity scales and complexity fails.

What I’m going to share with you here is the exact blueprint that
allowed me to create new revenue records for 8 consecutive quarters,
while going from “hustling” 80 hours per week to slashing my work
hours in half.

This is also what allowed my clients across 14 different countries and 21


different niches to experience an average revenue increase of 170% while
slashing 10+ hours off their work week.

Reclaiming their date nights, workout times, easy evenings, guilt-free


vacations, and weekend family adventures.

I would have failed if I only helped my clients generate wealth, because

Unfortunately, when it comes to client acquisition, most mainstream


advices out there fall along the lines of cramming as many complexities
to your business as possible.

“Go create as much content as possible!”

“You must be on FB, LI, IG and YT... don’t forget TW, TT and Podcasts so
you won’t miss out!”

“Go create other offers for up-sells, down-sells and upside-down sells!”

“Write a book! Build a website! Do a 5-day challenge! Launch ads!”

“oh, and go buy a journal if you feel overwhelmed...”

... That’s a recipe for disaster.

Not only does a “more is more” approach to growth lead to higher


expenses, lower margins and insane workloads...

It also creates too many hurdles for your audiences to complete their
journey of going from a stranger to a success story.
