1. Why do you think registered nurses were hired to act as flight attendants during
the early years?
2. What has led airline companies to hire untrained women to become flight
attendants?
3. Why is the role of flight attendants critical in ensuring the safety and security of
the passengers?

Answers:

After completing the tourist management course, becoming a flight attendant is no longer necessary; if
not, any training will do. Because the passengers were more confident in their safety in terms of the
medical profession back then and were aware that it would be done for the benefit of their health in the
event of an unanticipated catastrophe, a Registered Nurse was initially required only to enter as a Flight
Attendant. Because some registered nurses are unaware of any additional requirements for flight
attendants, those with experience can instruct those who lack those qualifications. Conversely, those
with untrained flight attendants have experience that is already incorporated into the requirements of
the airline companies, so they can instruct it effectively and have more experience and knowledge.
However, since we don't know when bad things or turbulence will happen, we flight attendants can't
really guarantee the safety of the passengers. Instead, we should just remain calm and pay attention at
all times because we try our best to provide you with the best services possible and come across as
professionals

Nowadays, being a flight attendant is no longer required when you finish the tourism management
course, otherwise any course can become a flight attendant. Back then, a Registered Nurse was required
just to enter as a Flight Attendant because the passengers were more assured of their safety in terms of
the medical field, in case something bad happened or an unexpected incident had these experiences
and they already knew the It will be done to the advantage of our passengers' health. Those who have
experience can teach the untrained because there are registered nurses who do not know anything else
that is required of flight attendants and those who have untrained flight attendants have experience
that is already included in the standard of the airlines companies that they can train it well and have
more experiences and knowledge. However, as a flight attendant we cannot really ensure the safety of
the passengers because we don't know if something bad or turbulence will happen so we should just be
calm and pay attention at all times cause we do our best to give you the best services as a flight
attendant and showing you as a professional.
