Behaviour into water Soluble

Stability to storage Good, between 5°C and 40°C, for 12 months.

Avoid frost and torrid heat. It is recommended
to stir before use.

Properties

ANTIDEPOSITUM CPD is used in all the production steps of the denim garments, dyed
with indigo and sulphur dyes: it avoids the re-deposition of the dyestuffs on the garments.

In this way, it helps to prevent the dirtness of the white parts of the goods (like pockets or
the weft yarns), keeping them more clean and beautiful.

Preparation of the solutions

ANTIDEPOSITUM CPD is a ready to use product and it can be dosed directly in the
application bath.

Quantity to be used

The best efficiency is reached when the product is used in soft water.

If we are in presence of hard water, we suggest to use a proper sequestering agent

like TINCTUM M 500.

The dosage of ANTIDEPOSITUM CPD may vary, according to the process:

Enzymatic de-sizing: 0.5 – 1.0 g/l

Stone-wash: 0.5 – 1.0 g/l
Rinses: 0.2 – 0.5 g/l
Hypochlorite bleaching: 0.3 – 0.7 g/l
