I. OBJECTIVE To make students talk about Celebrations and holidays around the world
A) WARM-UP
Students will watch a YouTube video about well-known holidays around the
world. After the video, I will ask for student volunteers to share their ideas with
everyone.
B) PRESENTATION
I will introduce the topic which is Global and Local. In addition, I will tell the
students that the lesson will be about different holidays around the world. Next,
I will teach them the vocabulary of the unit.
C) PRACTICE
Students should discuss a holiday they know, trying to use the vocabulary they

DEVELOPMENT D) PRODUCTION
I will show the video from the beginning, but now you will have to pay much
more attention, then the students will get together in pairs to solve the following
questions: Which of the festivities shown did you know? What do you think
about these holidays? Is there anything similar in your country? Would you like
to experience one of these festivities sometime in your life?
They should answer the questions using the vocabulary they have learned.
E) WRAP-UP
I will ask some students to volunteer to report on their Speaking partners and
some students will fall victim to the dreaded roulette wheel to participate in the
same way.

III. MATERIAL
NEEDED PPT, roulette, YouTube videos.

I think the lesson will be successful because I will capture the attention of the

PERSONAL problems remembering the vocabulary words, so before the Speaking I will try

my opinion about the video shown.

It is to have students practice new vocabulary.

It will be about 10 minutes, because the video is 6 minutes long.
Is a real-life situation used?
Yes, because it talks about festivals that take place in other countries.
Are students required to use previous vocabulary or expressions?
Yes, it is totally required.
Are students free to include ideas that are not part of the activity?
Of course, because the topic of the Speaking is festivals around the world, and the
video they should base it on is about international festivals, but the questions include
one that is about national festivals.
Do you use any tips that we have tested?
About practicing before a Speaking with the help of the book so that the students feel
less tense.
What are you using, role play, real play or simulation? Why?
I think to I using real play, because the participants talk about a real topic.
Are you going to focus on fluency or accuracy?

I. OBJECTIVE Understand and speak using the vocabulary and grammar related to business and

A) WARM-UP
SS will see photos of various places or districts of Lima in which there is a lot of
trade and marketing of products. SS will then talk to a partner and answer the
questions. Then I will get information from the students and write it on the board.
Also, I will add and write down some words and their meaning that students may
find difficult to understand.
B) PRESENTATION
I am going to introduce the topic that is business and marketing. Also, I will tell
the students that the lesson will be about words related to business and marketing.
Then, I emphasize and explain that we will use vocabulary according to the topic.
II. LESSON C) PRACTICE
DEVELOPMENT Students will see some correct answer exercises that will relate to business and
marketing in a few places and then respond with the best answer using
vocabulary words to the questions.
D) PRODUCTION
Students will talk about business and marketing in Peru or other places of which
they have some experience or knowledge. I'll include examples of some options
you can use, I'll encourage you to add your own ideas. In addition, students will
practice a conversation. Finally, through some random application, some students
will be chosen who will report their partner's information.
E) WRAP-UP
I am going to divide the class in pairs. Then, I will show the students some
pictures. I will ask the students what they learned today.
