General Terms and Conditions:

1. All prices are valid for next 10 days and excluding of relevant VAT & AIT.
2. Product Delivery (Local): 03-05 Working days from ready stock from the date of
received advance payment & Work Order.
3. Any item may be removed, or a new item be included in future if requirement arise at
site. Bill invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Payment Mode:
a) Local Supply (BDT): 100% advance payment with work order.

b) Local Installation (BDT): 80% advance payment with work

order & 20% after project completion.

5. Warranty: 01 Year standard Warranty for manufacturing defect of products from date of
Shipment. (Not valid against natural disaster, burn case for AC input, improper use and
physical damage).
6. Power supply, storage facility, accommodation for the workers and technical team shall
be carried out by the Client.
7. Responsibility of Mechanical Work, Civil work, Earth Cutting, Filling, related Materials
and Old Goods removing shall be carried out by the Client.
8. Shipment: Approx. 10-12 Weeks from the date of received 100% Irrevocable LC at sight
9. Shipment Charge will be at actual at the time of Shipment
10. Payment Mode: Foreign Supply (USD): 100% Irrevocable LC at sight
