1. Reference: Memorandum from C, RIDMD dated February 4, 2021 with

subject “Monitoring of Uploaded/Encoded Case Folders in the CIDMS.

2. This pertains to the submission of weekly compliance on CIDMS to monitor

the actual inventory of case folders (hard copy) and the date uploaded/encoded in the
system within 4 days upon reporting.

3. Based on the record, out of the 23 encoded in partial monthly UPER review
encoding of case folders into the CIDMS, only 17 case folders were encoded to the
system within the given target. We have a variance of 6 case folders which was not
been encoded within the target date of encoding. Sad to note, that despite the
directives, your Office falls short in the encoding of the projected case folders into the
CIDMS. Attached is the daily and weekly monitoring of compliance in the CIDMS.

4. In this regard, you are directed to explain in writing and submit the same why
you failed to supervise your respective police station to attain the given target of your
compliance in the encoding of case folders in the CIDMS to this Office at e-mail add:
ppcpocidms@yahoo.com (Attn: CIDMU-CIDMS PNCO) NLT 9:00 AM on August 22,
2022.
