Good Afternoon, dear parents, teachers and school administrators, it is my pleasure to be a

master of ceremonies for this Parents’ Orientation for Grade 4, this school year, 2021-2022. My
name is Ms. Hazel Ann R. Datuin, the Grade 4- Malvar class adviser. I would like to extend a
very warm welcome to all of you. We appreciate you, our dear parents taking time off your busy
schedules to join us today.

Before anything else, Ladies and Gentlemen. May I request all of you to prepare for the
invocation to be led by Mrs. Haylee Robles, the Grade 4-Agoncillo class adviser, and the
singing of our national anthem to be led by Mr. Joselito Despuig, the Grade 4-Dagohoy class
adviser. Please all stand.

Thank you Mrs. Robles and Mr. Despuig. To give us the important matters to discuss in this
meeting, here’s Mrs. Chanda R. Nadunga, the Grade 4-Jaena class adviser for our agenda and
main objectives.

Thank you Mrs. Nadunga. And now, let’s all welcome our dearest school principal, Dr. Mary
Jane Halili, Principal IV, to give us her inspirational message. Let’s all give her a round of
applause.

Wow! Thank you Dr. Halili. You really inspired and challenged all of us to make sure that this
school year will be wonderful for our learners, for our parents, and for us teachers. Again, thank
you Ma’am. At this juncture, we will proceed to the second part of our program, the Orientation
Proper. We are reminding our dear parents to listen very well to our sessions. We will begin with
the discussion of learning modalities and materials received, to be discussed by the Mrs.
Suzette Maulit, the class adviser of Grade 4-Bonifacio and Mrs. Yvonne Lobingco, the class
adviser of Grade 4-Mabini.

Thank you teachers. Now, for our subject splitting, we have Mrs. Menchie Instrella, the class
adviser of Grade 4-Del Pilar, to be followed by the information about class program and WHLP
and ILMP, to be given by Mrs. Cecilla Martinez, the Grade 4-Luna class adviser and Mrs.
Melissa Ronquillo, the Grade 4-Soliman class advisers.

Alright! Thank you again, teachers. Now, for the details of the rating system and portfolio
preparation, lets’s have Mrs. Virginia Condez, the Grade 4-Aguinaldo class adviser and Mr.
Joselito Despuig, from Grade 4-Dagohoy. This is to be followed by the discussion of the
Retrieval of Schedule of Distribution Activities/Worksheet and Materials, to be led by Mr. Bryan
Largado, the Grade 4-Jacinto class adviser.
Thank you teachers! I hope our parents are still active and getting more informed about these
important matters. To give us a discussion about the safety healthy protocols, we have Mrs.
Michelle Barile, from Grade 4, to be followed by the statement of the roles and responsibilities of
parents/guardians and some important tips on Positive parenting and discipline. These matters
are to be given by Mrs, Donnalyn Luminda, the Grade 4-Rizal class adviser and Mrs. Andrea
Mecinas, the Grade 4-Silang class adviser.

Thank you, dear teachers and advisers. For the discussion on Deed of Donation and other
matters, let’s again call Mrs. Chanda R. Nadunga, our Brigada Eskwela Coordinator.

We would like to thank our parents for attending our Grade level Orientation today. Now, for our
