Fortune: Welcome to our Parents’ Orientation Program – Grade 7 and Grade 8 Council for
School Year 2023-2024, a bridge between home and school as we embark on a new school year!
Reynold: Here, we aim to forge a strong partnership, ensuring your active involvement in your
child's educational journey. Together, we'll create a nurturing environment that fosters growth,
curiosity, and shared achievements.
PRAYER, PAMBANSANG AWIT & ILOILO CITY HYMN
Fortune: To formally start this program, let us give thanks to our Almighty Father for the
blessings He showered upon us through a prayer to be led by Ma’am Jenny P. Duma-up, to be
followed by the singing of Philippine National Anthem, DepEd Regional March, and Jaro
National High School Hymn.
WELCOME REMARKS
Reynold: "Ladies and gentlemen, teachers and esteemed parents and guardians, it is my distinct
honor to introduce to you our school's visionary leader, the guiding force behind our educational
community, please join me in warmly welcoming our OIC-School Principal, Education Program
Supervisor, Dr, Cynthia J. Punsalan.
INTRODUCTION OF CLASS ADVISERS
Fortune: At this juncture, to introduce to us the key members of our administrative personnel
who play pivotal roles in shaping your child's educational journey, may we call on the OIC of
Araling Panlipunan and Senior High School Departments, Sir John H. Abaygar, Teacher III.
Reynold: This event signifies the beginning of an exciting journey as we partner to provide the
best education and support for our students. To introduce to us the dedicated individuals who
will be guiding your children through this academic year – our esteemed class advisers of grade
7, may we call on Ma’am Diana Rose A. Arsenal Head Teacher IV.
Fortune: And to introduce the class advisers of Grade 8-Council, we have ma’am Jema
Deocampo, Head Teacher IV.

As we continue the spirit of unity and coordination, let us give the center stage to our very own –
Selected SDT Members.
RECOGNITION OF PARTICIPANTS / Message
Reynold: Today, we'll be discussing an important aspect of our school's identity and unity – the
school uniform. Allow me to introduce to you a group of exceptional young leaders who actively
contribute to maintaining a positive school culture and promoting student engagement – the
members of our Supreme Secondary Learner Government.
Fortune: We are here to shed light on a crucial aspect of our school's ethos – discipline and
student conduct. Allow me to introduce to you an individual who plays a significant role in
upholding our school's standards and fostering a positive environment for learning – the
Chairperson of our School Discipline Board, Sir Jose Arnold B. Bordon.
Reynold: At this juncture, to discuss a fundamental aspect of our students' educational journey –
their rights and responsibilities, it is my privilege to introduce to you an invaluable member of
our school community, a compassionate advocate for our students' well-being and development,
our dedicated Guidance Counselor, Ma’am Shareal Joy L. Camacho, RGC.
Fortune: We also come together to delve into an essential aspect of our students' safety and well-being –
Disaster Risk Reduction Management. Allow me to introduce to you a dedicated individual who is
instrumental in ensuring that our school community is well-prepared and informed about potential
hazards and disasters – our Disaster Risk Reduction Management Coordinator, Sir Raquel Arancillo III,
MT 1.

Reynold: As we wrap up the informative segments of our Parents' Orientation Program, we're
pleased to facilitate an open forum that provides an opportunity for you to engage, ask questions,
and gain further insights. To guide us through this interactive session, may we call on Ma’am
Cloudy A. Pritos as moderator of this open forum.

Fortune: As we draw to a close on this insightful Parents' Orientation Program, may we call on
the OIC of Araling Panlipunan and Senior High School Departments, Sir John H. Abaygar,
