Interview

I graduated as a System administrator from the János Mathiász Secondary School in 2017
In my first job, it was in Siófok, I was mainly repairing and building computers and notebooks,
but we had some customers for whom we provided IT support.
I moved to budapest in 2018 and started working for a company called Kronos Trade
they had an own software that we had to manage and maintaint for the customers
my main tasks were repairing and building computers, managing AD and handling user requests
after one year i got a better offer from a company called TMSI, unfortunately after 3 months a
bigger company bought TMSI. This is Gloster where i currently work. I learned a lot from my
colleagues here, but they have now left the company. Here at the gloster i spend every day at
customers. I work at 2 law firms. Here we have more complex IT system, lot of virtual and
physical servers, highly secure policy and a good backup system. I manage almost everything,
but if there is a much bigger problem that i cant solve, my colleagues have my back. We are
using Active Directory, Exchange Servers and cloud based solutions like M365.
Our IT team is made up about 20 people. The 2 Law Firm is approximately consists of 50 people
in each office.
Im open to new jobs because the company isnt going to the right direction in my opinion.
I got a new boss every year and not all are easy to get along with. And our salary is not the best.
I consider myself very patient, kind and proactive who can handle and communicate easily with
other people.
I know they are extroverted and less open and not so direct, but they are very nice and friendly

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform efficient identification and monitoring of suspicious activities and transactions

· Co-ordinate day-to-day operations and support according to the defined standards processes
and procedures

· Recommends technical solutions on the basis of the market best practices

· Plans the selected solutions, manages their implementation and actively takes part in related
operational activities for IT infrastructure and banking applications

· Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones,

smartphones, software deployment, applying operating system updates, patches, and
configuration changes

· Achieve daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are
successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media
is recycled and sent off site as necessary

· Execute daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server
resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying
completion of scheduled jobs such as backups

· Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary

· Documenting the configuration of the systems

· Investigate and troubleshoot issues

· Repair and recover infrastructure systems from hardware or software failures

· Permanently take care of risk and control aspects

· Continuously take part in the improvement of operational procedures

· Work together with international IT Team to achieve business needs and project goals

· Work together with and coordinate external suppliers / consultants
