Purpose
Use this procedure to display Equipment Task list.

Trigger
Perform this procedure when you want to Display an Equipment Task list.

Prerequisites
 All the details related to Maintenance Task list like Planning Plant, Work Centers, Planner Groups and
Strategy should be created/ configured before doing this transaction.
 The user should be familiar with all the terminology related to Task lists like Group, Group Counter,
and Strategy etc.

Helpful Hints
 IA03 is the SAP transaction code for Task list.
 Equipment task lists are task lists that are used for Equipment tasks. They do not refer to a specific
technical object. Using Equipment task lists, you can define and manage sequences of maintenance
tasks centrally, and use them for work scheduling.
 Field values can be queried using the F4 help wherever available. This can be done either by placing
the cursor in the field and pressing F4, or by clicking on the match code that appears next to the
field.
 You can click on a field and press F1 to view the Field help. This allows you to understand the field and
decide what contents should be entered.

 Enter the T-Code IA03 and click on icon to Display Equipment Task list.

 You can also double click on the menu “Display” as highlighted in the below screen shot to Display
Equipment task list.
