AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS

I, ISABEL TAURO-TURINGAN, Filipino, of legal age, widow and a resident of Enrile,

Cagayan, under oath, do hereby depose and say:

That I am a half-sister to my half-brother, Rudolfo Calapi-Tauro, the one and only son of
my father Primo Tauro with Mauricia Calapi, the first wife.

That I am the one and only child of my father Primo Tauro with my mother
Cayatana_______, the second wife.

That my share Lot No. 1231 with a total area of 77,845 square meters also registered on
under Original Certificate of Title No. 16369 was already sold and cancelled from the said title.

That I hereby WAIVE ALL MY RIGHTS, INTERESTS AND CLAIMS on the Lot No.
1382 with a total area of 12,137 square meters, Lot No. 1383 with a total area of 2,639 square
meters, and Lot No. 1448 with a total area of 13,685 square meters, all situated in then Barrio
Guising, Gattaran, Cagayan now Lapogan, Gattaran, Cagayan, registered under Original
Certificate of Title No. 16369 owned by Primo Tauro who was then married to Mauricia Calapi
in favor of the heirs of my half- brother, Rodolfo Calapi- Tauro, now deceased:

2. Jaime Tauro
3. Mauricia Tauro- Tirado
4. Constancia Tauro-Macassaddu
5. Julio Tauro
6. Felisa Tauro
7. Anesia Tauro- Silvania
8. Peregrino Tauro
9. Artmeio Tauro

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing.
