Talking Point
I suppose that robots can't replace teachers because we always need the human
attention. However the robots can be useful to do some mechanical things like
correct practices and exams, but I don't think that he can also explain the same way
that a person
I'm a little ambitious in my career, that's because I'm a multitasker and a decider
person. I can perform different and varied tasks and I had the ability to act and take
responsibility for the results. What's more, I'm an independent thinker because I can
contradict my boss decisions and make what is better for the company
My strengths are that I'm a multitasker, so I can do many things at the same time
from the other side, my weaknesses are that I'm not a relaxed person, so is usually
difficult to me stay in calm while I'm working
I'm a multitasker and that is useful in my future career like a journalist because I can
be doing different things at the same time and that helps me to work on the rhythm
that journalists has to work
Intelligence
I don't think so, I would say that none had only one type of intelligence, it may be one
predominant, but it's always a mix of different type of intelligence
I think that when they said that somebody is very intelligent, they are talking about
logical-mathematical intelligence because that's the common thing that is considered
for intelligence. Most of the people think that to be intelligent you had to be good in
maths
In my area of Journalism I suppose that there are 3 types of intelligence that are
necessary. In the first place, Linguistic intelligence, in second place interpersonal
intelligence because we need to communicate in a verbal and nonverbal way and in
last place a interpersonal intelligence because we also have to have the capacity to
understand oneself and one's thoughts and feelings
Work Environments
It's my opinion that the individual-focused environment is the best work environments
because in that way the office respects their employees' own working styles, each
worker can decide to work from home or maybe have flexible hours. On the other
side, the worse work environment is the 9 to 5, because it is too much strict ant that
can restrict the creativity
I would say that the three best work environments are in the first place, the individual
focused environment, because each worker could respect their own working style, in
the second place, the non walls environment, because that promotes the group work
and in last place the mutual feedback because all the workers, and the bosses could
give, listen and act on mutual feedback
I suppose that the three worst work environment is, in the first place, the 9 to 5,
because it's too much strict in several ways, in second place the punitive
environment because penalizes failure or bad behavior, but didn't reward good
behavior and in the last place the class system because bosses can't be questioned
and employees must submit to whatever they're told
