1. External General Clean down all brickwork, paving, soffits, fascias and ironmongery

2. Clean down all doors, windows, meter boxes, rainwater goods and canopies (where
fitted)

3. Landscaping to all elevations needs to be completed

4. Ensure all inspection chambers have their full complement of screws and are driven
home

5. Remove protruding nails from fence

6. External doors to be adjusted to seal & operate correctly

7. Front Elevation Fit door numerals / parking demarcations and check they are fitted correctly
