Cooking Instructions

Step 1 1 monk fruit — 35 g longan (dried) — 1.5 l water

Add crushed monk fruit and dried longan into a pot of water. Increase the heat to allow it to boil.

Step 2 25 g rock sugar — 300 g winter melon (fresh)

Once it begins to boil, add shredded winter melon strips and rock sugar. Bring to boil again and then
let it simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 3 Serve warm or with ice cubes. Best to let the drink sit for an hour to develop its flavours before serving.
