We need-
PCB
Coil(350T,3T)
2k resistor
LED
Capacitor(1uf,0.1uf)
IRF530 mosfet
TIP41 transistor
Heatsink
Sockets(DC,AUDIO)
By the rst we have to design the PCB according to our need. So on the bases of our
components i have designed a PCB using Easy EDA software. Its a very great software to
design PCB and schematics just for free.To make this PCB rstly we have to make the schematic
,save it and then further convert it to PCB.
If you too want the schematic and PCB here , i am providing the schematic and you just need to
open it in Easy EDA and convert it to PCB Gerber .
To order the PCB i used one of the trusted sites for pcb manufacturing. That is JLCpcb.com
If you are new to the site just order the pcb now bcz u are getting free coupons too.
So guys it took me a bit long to solder because the components were way tricky to solder than i
thought.
So when i was doing soldering i noticed a problem that i want to share with you guys that
whenever you are soldering and you get bridges in it they must be removed or else.... you end
up having trouble to solder perfectly you must keep a desoldering pump handy too. By the way
when i had all my work done in soldering it looked spectacular.
Once you are done with the soldering work you have to cut out those extra wires. And be a lot
lot careful while connecting the coil terminals too.
So once you are done. Your coil starts conducting electricity wirelessly and you have a hand
made tesla coil too.
This gives you a bit of exp. and handiness in soldering and pcb. Hope you like it and if you did
then dont forget to vote.
