1. This task may be done INDIVIDUALLY or in a GROUP of maximum 3 members.
2. This project is about the 14 Principles of Management founded by Henri Fayol.
3. Henri Fayol's "14 Principles of Management" have been a significant influence on modern
management theory. His practical list of principles helped early 20th century managers learn
how to organize and interact with their employees in a productive way. In your opinion, is
Henri Fayol’s theory still relevant now, in the 21st century era? Can the theory be applied for
both local and international organization?
4. To answer the questions above, each student or group need to search for an organization
and conduct an interview session with the respective manager.
5. From the interview session, analyze at least SEVEN (7) of Henri Fayol’s Principles of
Management applied in the organization.
6. Discuss in detail and provide supporting evidence of your findings.
7. Your Project Report and Presentation should include the following:
