To the most unforgettable moments together with my
mother we talked a lot about the fulfillment of my life
because he really has a big dream for me to finish my
school, Mom is a teacher who always to support my
education, my mother is the only one who supports
me because we came from a broken family even
though I don’t need my parent’ssupport of my father,
I know that I am good at taking care of me, My
mother and my grandmother love me very much,even

Hi my name is Catherine A. Codilla I’m 18 years old , I’m
studying HUMSS at King’s College of Isulan I choose
HUMSS because someday I want to become a teacher
like my mother that’s why I choose HUMSS strand in
Senior high school I gald to become a successful someday
and to fulfill all the hardship that given in me on my
mother I’m proud of my self every lack of stress that I
encounter still I’m gonna be okey even in the good or bad

Ito yung araw na palagi akong nakangiti kahit

minsan nga sa isang araw napangiti lang ako kasi
naalala ko lang yung mga araw na hinding-hindi
ko makakalimutan kasi may mga tao talaga na
makakasama mo sa lahat sa mga masasaya o
kahit man lang sa malulungkot ng araw ko kahit
minsan sinasabihan ako ng mga kaklase ko na
ang aga-aga raw ang highblood kahit di naman
ako ganun siguro nga yun talaga yung expression
nila saakin natatawa ako kapay sinasabihan ako
ng ganyan kahit minsan may pagka pikon ako na
tao pero nagbago naman ako kasi mas gusto ko
rin yung hindi ako pikonin kapag hindi naman
talaga totoo. araw-araw kong iniisip ang mga
masasayang nararanasan ko sa na hinding-hindi
ko kailan may makakalimutan dahil isa ito sa

10 DAYS DAIRY

1ST DAY
I’ll wake up at 5:00 am in the morning to use my phone
but after I’ll use my phone for a while I clean my room I
put my things and I put my things on my bag after finished
putting my things in my bag I immediately went to the
kitchen to make some coffe because it would really get rid
of the cold in my body and then I immediately went to the
bathroom to take a shower and get a uniform, to eat and
of course go to the school early.
2nd DAY
Gumising ako ng 4:30 am ng madaling araw para maka
pag ayos at makapaglinis sa loob ng akingkwarto para
bago ako pumunta ng paaralan malinis at nasa-ayos lahat
ng aking gamit sa tamang lalagyan at agad na rin akong
pumunta ng kusina para mag-inom kape agad naman
akong kumuha ng towel at pumunta na sa banyo
paramaligo at pagkatapos kong maligo agad akong
kumain, nagbihis at agad na rin akong pumunta na sa
paaralan ng maaga.
3rd DAY
I’ll wake at half past five in the morning to clean my room
and after I clean I immediately go to the kitchen so I can
make a coffee and go to the bathroom to take a bath, eat
and get to school early.
4th DAY
Gumising ako ng maaga kasi pinagalitan ako ng aking ina
kasi ang aga na raw di pa raw ako nag-aayos para
pamuntang school kasi nagcecellphone ako sa umaaga di
ko raw inaasikaso ang aking kwarto at agad rin ako
bumangon sa aking higaan at nag-ayos para pumuntang
banyo para maligo at kumain para maaga akong maka
dating sa paaralan.
5th DAY
I’ll wake up early in the morning to start make some
coffee because coffee its good our stomach after I
drinking coffee and I’ll go to kitchen to cook my food for
my breakfast after that I decided to take a bath because I
don’t to be late going to school. Because the flag
ceremony is started at 7:30 in the morning.
6th DAY
Nabugtaw ko sang kaagahon para mag ulig kag mag kuha
sang akon nga bayu kay para malabhan ko kag hindi na ko
maka laba pagka buwas kag pagkatapos ko maglaba ka
akon nga mga bayu nag kuha naman ko ka twalya ko sa
akon nga kwarto kag maligo para pag abot sang akon
klasmate naka tapos nako ligo kag kaon.

7th DAYI

woke up early to read my notebook because our

examination day was coming and to prepare myself
so that when my classmate arrived, I had already
dressed and eaten breakfast.
8th DAY
Maaga akong gumising para mag-impake ng aking mga
gamit na nakakalat sa sala at hindi agad nilalagay sa
tamang lalagyan kaya minsan pinapagalitan ako ng aking
ina kasi kumakalat raw ako ni hindi ko rin naman inaayos
at nilalagay sa aking kwarto kahit raw sa aking mga damit
na kakabagong lab ani hindi ko rin daw tinitiklop at agad
ilalagay sa aking cabinet.

9th DAY
I wake up early to do my important projects that I need to
finish right away so I can pass all my finished work early
and after I finish my work I immediately go to the kitchen
to make some coffee. And my mother immediately
scolded me because she said I had no plans to take a
shower and go to school early and eat properly.

10th DAY
Gumising ako ng maaga at ang bungad saakin ay yung
galit ng aking nanay kasi ang aga aga nagigising lang ako
para magcellphone ni hindi raw ako nagbabasa ng aking

That’s the most memorable day to me
because on that day I’m turning legality
and I’ am thankful because she gave me
some special celebration and another
year this is the most important day for
me and I also Thank God because I’ve
reached legality. I really have super
speechless because I don’t even expect
that I will reach that age and it’s one of
the best day ever of my life. Its legal age
you should have to fix myself as a good
person I should really know what’s
right and was the wrong decision in my
life and how I grateful I am to the
people who come into my life on that
day. I did nit expect to all my friends
came into my house to be with them on
my birthday.
MARCH 24, 2023 FRIDAY

It's our last day in our Immersion job and it's

also one of the experiences I've had watching
over the naughty kids and the nice kids we
taught the dances we learned from us. In our
work for five days we also discovered many
children who are sometimes naughty and
there are also kind children.

And I immediately arranged my room and I

immediately took action to prepare for the
fifth day of our Work immersion in the
Barangay hall of Kalawag 1. I also have a lot
of experience in working in the Barangay,
although it is not easy, but it is fun. that I was
able to work in the barangay for five days.

I know a lot of people that I don't expect to

meet them in five days because I don't have
anything to do in the barangay, so I'd rather
be at the day center to watch out for naughty
kids and nice kids because this is my dream
to be a mentor to good and sometimes
naughty children but just be patient for the
naughty children.
MARCH 23 2023 THURSDAY

The 4th day of our work Immersion i

wake up early at the morning to clean
my room and I'll prepared my breakfast
and after that I'll go to the bathroom to
taking a bath and after that I'll go to our
Work immersion at baranggay hall
kalawag 1 isulang sultan Kudarat.

And we immediately went to the day

care center to teach and take care of
naughty kids and nice kids sometimes
you meet kids who you never thought
would be nice to you.

And after that, we immediately went

back to the barangay hall to help type
the names of the different wards.
MARCH 22,2023 WEDNESDAY

The 3rd day of our work immersion I wake

up early and clean the house to prepare my
food because for three days of our work in the
barangay, what we do is not easy because it is
one of the most important Because we have
experience working in the barangay, we will
know how they actually work.

And we also look after the day cares, there is

not much to do when you are assigned to the
day care because the other children are kind,
they are happy to be with because they are
happy children.

I'm happy that even in the five days of our

immersion, I got to know them, set A is not
that nasty, the nicest one, than set b that we
are watching over, I also met a lot of Kind
children and I like to experience watching
children with different traits because
sometimes there are also children who really
need attention so it takes a lot of patience
when you watch children who are being
reprimanded.
MARCH 20, 2023 MONDAY

I'll wake up early because I'm excited to

our first day of work immersion at
Barangay kalawag 1 Isulan Sultan
Kudarat is so smallest work and I help
her to encode names in a computer
because There is not much work here
either So when there is someone who
wants to en-code the name of another

I was hoping that when we got there, we

would have a lot of work to do, so we

could do something and not just wait for
someone to volunteer.

for their development during the scheduled
meeting time for the class. Face-to-face
instruction ensures a better grasp and
retention of the lesson material and provides
an opportunity for students to form
relationships with one another.
Face-to-face learning, which varies greatly
between cultures, is primarily a teacher-
centered approach to education. Traditional
face-to-face modalities of instruction have
been substantially phased out in many
contemporary educational institutions.
Million of students trooped back to school on
Monday- the first time most of them will be
attending face-to-face classes in over two
years due to the pandemic. Public and private
schools nationwide reopened, with many
returning to inperson classes. Over 28.03
million students have enrolled this academic
years, the Department of education(DepED)
said. More than 24,000 schools, or 46%, will
implement five days of face-to-face classes,
while 29,721 schools will continue to hold
classes through blended learning from august
to October, according to DepEd data.
By November 2, all public and private
schools are required by DepEd to transition to
full in-person classes Due to the threat of
COVID-19 pandemic, face-to-face classes
were not allowed in school year 2020-2021
and 2021-2022. At the start of the global
health crisis, schools shifted to distance
learning.
For over two years since pandemic struck in
March 2020, the Philippines was among the
few countries in the world where schools had
not fully opened for in-person classes. The
much-awaited return to face-to-face classes
was met with a protest.

 REFLECTIVE ESSAY (GREATEST MISTAKE IN
LIFE)

It's one of the mistakes I've made that I disobey my

parents even though I know I'm the one to blame
because I feel like I'm blaming myself for doing this
all the time that I'm always rebuilding, maybe my
self-image has become mesirabli, even though
sometimes I don't want to disobey my parents for
what I want to do even if it's not necessary. Maybe I
just want to refresh my brain to read books so I can grow
up, every day I wonder why I do that to answer my mom
I know it's wrong to answer parents when my mom is
rebuking me because I know she has a lot of dreams so I
can finish my studies. I was so frustrated that they wanted
to correct all the mistakes I made, so I sometimes regret

 TRAVEL WRITING

I was the part of our travel experience was so nice but

every mountain that I see of my eyes are most
beautiful place to feel you alone for that wonderful
that place I see. I travel at Lake Sebu, South Cotabato
, While we were on a trip everyone was happily
looking around because I feel that this is the place is
the most exciting and fun trip that I’ve had with my
classmate before.
While I’m on the trip I’m just looking at the
mountains with many trees that can really said to be
the of the place where you can take some rest and
stares at the tress and mountain around.
After staring at the mountains. I also saw the first lake
which the Lake Lahit that I admire the most because
even though it is small but the view of the lake that
I’ll first saw was so beautiful and I also saw the house
whose staircase was number eight, So I was even
more amazed because I can really imagine that when
you see the lake. It will bring a lot to me because it
feels really good to walk in front of it of that lake.
At the same time we can see the main lake at punta
isla lake resort that is beautiful place to engaging
seing the nice place of the lake and after that we go
to our First destination which is the Lang Dulay
Weaving Center to experience the most creative
design of Lang Dulay and when we arrived safely at
Lang Dulay weaving center it was beautiful inside
and how they welcomed us with a welcoming dance
that their tradition every time they have some guest
to come visit them or want to learn how to make their
products made of abaca fabrics.
We were lucky to her sibling during our visit in her
humble workshop at the MANLILIKHA NG
BAYANG CENTER in sitio Landalag lake sebu.
T’nalak weavers are considered “DREAM
WEAVER” since their design are inspired by the
patterns they saw from their dreams. Lang Dulay is
considered as a T’nalak master of weaver who knows
more than hundreds design including the buling
langit (clouds) the bankining (hair bangs) and the
kabangi (butteryfly) among others. She was taught by
her mother to weave and started weaving since she
was 12 years old.
T'nalak weaving is a tedious and backbreaking
process. From gathering abaca fibers to stripping the
stem of the abaca plant into fine fibers using
improvised manual metal strippers. The Fibers are
then laid on a Bamboo Frame where they tie the
leaders with plastic raw ropes to create a pattern.
After the weaving is done. They are then boiled on a
dye to create the patterns.
Once the dyed fibers are dried. The actual weaving
starts. This could take 3-5 months depending on the
intricacy of the pattern. After the weaving is done the
textile is the polished with seashell to bring out the
clothes natural luster. Finished T’nalak fabrics are
sold for about 500 pesos per meter from the regular
dream weavers.
After that we go to the next part of or activities which
is the Sunrise Garden Lake Resort so that we go to
their Conference hall for some announcement for our
rooms and take some rest for our Game Fishing and
water biking activities.
The first activity was game fishing we can ride a boat
go to their game fishing area before that the Incharge
on the Game Fishing give me some fishing rod and I
will put on earth worm on the fishing rod. Because in
order for me to start plucking my tilapia.
I cut it into a small pieces and they couldn’t eat it.
So I just decided to cut it so that I could get my tilapia
from that place and that’s where I started tearing it.
And finally I caught 2 kilos of tilapia then we go
back on the boat again so could weigh bow many
kilos of tilapia we got and that’s it after we cut the
tilapia we rested for a while to next activities.
After waiting the water biking free I will take some
rest on our rooms before that I decided go back to
cottage and start to experience a water biking so that
I will happy to experience this activity I will decided
to go back because on that day was raining and I
decided to the another Conjumption hall to take some
rest with a nice view because of the rain.
After stop the rain we back to our room to some rest
before go to the next activity which is DRRR activity
we have a team to participate the two pairs to doing
the every bandaging that we projected on the screen.
after that we can discuss the DISC The meaning of
DISC is dominance, influence, steadiness and
conscientiousness so our personality was a steadiness
because the tendency to be organized and
dependable, to show self-discipline to aim for
achievement and to prefer planned rather than
spontaneous behavior. The personality of steadiness
was able to be supportive, stable sweet and shy.
Sometimes I’m support but sometimes I’m the
person at shy to the people that we can take some
opportunities to belong that people but some of days
we can manage for being a shy person to others.
For the Morning Session which is A devotional the
speaker on that day which is Ma’am Velvie Dedal but
we start the devotional. to all my classmate and me
dancing a “Heaven in the earth” that is the name of
the song to give some energy to our Body. And now
Ma’am Velvie was start their topic to all of us and
she discuss about The DISC test to all of us because
that personality that included to all of us and different
personality of each people that is the speaker topic
and now we going to the last part of our activities
which is swimming to enjoy few hour on the
swimming pool after we bounded
FOOD WRITING
The rainy days are here! But don’t let that stop me
from having more fun in the philipines. There so
much to do In the Island even when the glorious sun
is playing hide and seek in the clouds. Filipino love
to eat and you’ll find yourself adapting this love food
a few hours after arriving on our shore. Filipino food
is slowing conquering the word with influences from
different cultures we can only expect you to love
savory dishes, yummy dessert and even our simple
fired food.

Lake sebu is one of the country’s most popular nature

adventure destinations. From experience, I know
nothing beats freshly caught tilapia then of course we
had my favorite fried tilapia. It was so crunchy on the
outside and so soft inside and I will decided to try the
chicharron tilapia which is a unique food at lake sebu
chicharon is normally pork and deep fried to crisp.

But chicharron tilapia is quite different because it is

basically tilapia fillet dipped in better then deep fried.
And the most delicious food that I first eaten was
tilapia express are the most famous food I have never
eaten before that’s why I was so impressed with this

At the beginning of my life i wasted my time, I also did
not prove to myself that i could not write English words
but i try to correct in the words i write in the way i cannot
although I'm good at writing in English, but I'm really

In my future plan in life I will be successful when I finish
my studies in Senior high school I have to finish this

 Grandmothers Cookery
For Gab, Grandma Malou is the best cook in the
world; He loves its that Grandma asks him what her
to cook before going to the market to buy some
Ingredients that she cook for her visitor. He could
request anything to cook lumpiang shanghai, fried
chicken and porkchop, to sinigang ,bulalo, munggo.
But his favorite at grandma’s Cooking is her special
chicken soup. He can eat up to five bowls of her
soups. Last February, Gab was brought to the
Hospital because of dengue fewer. It is an illness
brought by certain kind of mosquito . His body
became so weak and he also lost appetite. The
Doctor told Gab that unless he started eating and
drinking he wouldn’t get well.
Gabs mother was so worried about what the doctor
said. She called up Grandma malou to tell her about
it two hours later grandma came with a while
container of Gab’s Favorite chicken soup. As soon as
Gab smelled the soup if seems like his sickness
disappeared. He started eating the hot soup. He ate
until he was to full when he finished eating the
chicken the delicious soup. Gab said to Grandma
malou. Thanks for doing this for me, Grandma find
he gave three big kisses on her check.

When I took my first selfie I described myself as a patient

person and friendly to people who were good to me but
