1. The transportation engineers designed highways, airports, railways, and bus

networks. They work for government organizations, consulting companies that
handle issues for the government and businesses who produce equipment and
supplies for the transportation sector.Some transportation engineers specialize in
planning new roads or traffic patterns, while railroad engineers are planning
High-speed rail services. Roads, subways, commuter trains, and buses are a few
of the transportation systems that some engineers design and build. The
transportation engineers also oversee the development or maintenance of
transportation infrastructure.
2.  A construction manager carefully analyzes each design choice and determines
how it will affect the project's budget and schedule. They are at the initiation
through project closeout of an infrastructure project; track the development and
compliance in engineering, architectural drawings, and specifications, and ensure
adherence to timelines and scopes. Furthermore, they hold critical
communications with stakeholders. They also provide the safety of the workers
and compliance with regulations. 
3. A construction engineer/ manager with 1-3 years has an average salary of
₱745,146 per year. (ERI Economic Research Institute, 2022.) An entry salary for
a construction engineer/ manager is ₱ 540 000 per year (Construction Manager
Salary in Philippines - Average Salary, 2022). According to the website payscale,
the average base salary of a construction engineer is ₱577 322 per year
(Construction Manager, 2022). Hence, we can conclude that an entry-level wage
for a construction engineer or manager lies in those numbers. 
4. With the information on an entry-level wage of a construction engineer or
manager, I think the entry salary of a Construction Engineer/Manager is enough
for a fresh graduate in today's economy. A Construction Engineer/Manager's
entry base wage is already high compared to other jobs. The workload is
relatively high. Hence, the compensation is high too. A ₱50 000 salary every
month is sufficient, especially if you do not have a family yet. I have been
managing our house budget every month, and I know the amount of money
needed to get through every month for a family with five members. The ₱50 000
is sufficient for basic needs with little luxury on the sides. However, if inflation
continues to grow, this will not suffice anymore.
