A. In job application, an applicant must carefully read the job advertisement to

determine the job description matches her/his interests, needs and qualifications. The
applicant must prepare the list of requirements needed. Usually the requirements
include the following:

 Application letter
 Recommendation letter
 School records and
 Other supporting materials

A. The job Interview is a vital component of the job application process. The
employer arrange to interview the applicant to determine whether or not he/she
meets expected by the company or organization.
