GREEN HYDROGEN GENERATION PLANT:


Hydrogen is a fuel to achieve world to set free from the greenhouse gases. By certain methods hydrogen can be generated, but many
instances the production of hydrogen is carbon emission process. By using electrolysis method, we can achieve green hydrogen. In this
method we can design plant to site areas to stationary and mobile plants also. The production of hydrogen starts with supply of distilled
water from the tank to Electrolyser, for breaking the molecules we need to supply electricity to the Electrolyser.
We design the Electrolyser according to the customer requirements. We strongly believe that world is going to change completely to
zero emission

PEM ELECTROLYSER
HYDROGEN GENERATION BY USING SMR METHOD:
Most commonly used industrial method for production of hydrogen gas. Generation of hydrogen through SMR process includes three
steps: a) Natural Gas Compression Unit, b) SMR Reactor and PSA Unit, c) Hydrogen Compression Unit. The Natural Gas Compression Unit
is the pre-processing of the natural gas before entering into the SMR reactor.

• Efficiency of SMR method is 65-75%
• Flow Rate of Natural gas is 122 scfm.
• Compressed from 25 psig to 125 psig.
• Two Diaphragm Compressors are used with 12 hrs
duty cycle.
• Knock-out drum is placed to maintain the
continuous supply of natural gas to the compressor.

NATURAL GAS COMPRESSION


HYDROGEN GAS COMPRESSION SYSTEM :
Hydrogen gas compression system has been assembled in a 40 ft high cube container to compress the produced hydrogen from 55 bar
to 550 bar. The purpose of this compression system is to store more energy in confined volume for the end application. Two double
headed (two stage) diaphragm compressors were used and works simultaneously.

• We have arranged all equipment vent at a common


place for safety purpose.
• The 40 ft. high cube container has been installed on a
concrete slab to overcome the vibrational loads of the
compressor. FE analysis for frame has been performed
against the vibrational loads from the compressors.
• Roof-top water tank has been provided along with
inside tank to maintain the water level controlled by
PLC.
• A special cabin is provided for control Panel at the side
door for easy access.

HYDROGEN GENERATION BY USING REVERSIBLE SOLID OXIDE ELECTROLYSER:
Reversible Solid Oxide Electrolyser is a high temperature electrolyser where steam at 650° C is converted into hydrogen and oxygen
when an input power is supplied and on the other hand electricity is generated when hydrogen and oxygen is supplied as an input.

HYDROGEN GENERATION BY USING THERMOCHEMICAL GASIFICATION METHOD:
Thermochemical Gasification is a method to produce hydrogen from Biomass / Municipal Solid Waste. Our team is dedicatedly working
on development of reactors used for the method which will produce very less amount of greenhouse gasses. We are also working to the
technology to collect the carbon in solid form for further utilization.

VACUUM JACKET PIPING (VJP):
Vacuum jacketed piping, also called vacuum-insulated piping, is used to transfer supercooled gasses in liquid form. Cryogens like liquid
helium, liquid oxygen, and liquid nitrogen must be kept cold during the transfer process, or some of the liquid will become gaseous and
leak out. Vacuum jacketed pipes are extremely efficient at maintaining the cold temperatures necessary to minimize this heat leak. A well-
designed vacuum jacketed piping system includes accessories to control the flow of liquids, make efficient connections, maintain the
vacuum space, and vent vapor safely
