1. In what modernity is better than the pre-modernity or vice versa?

 In terms of technicality, industrial modernity is better than pre-modernity since in this
era improved are living, it makes things fast, very easy, and not complicated which
every people are having their benefits on it. Example of this is the way
communication occurs in people that far from each other. It’s way better and easy
now than before because of modernity

2. How can modernity contribute to the development of a person’s self?

 Modernization have a great impact to a development of a person’s oneself, because it
makes the person’s self, more confident to what person she or he want to be. Since
Modernization dissolves the traditional parameters of industrial society, people
become free from the social forms of society. It dissolves the barriers of the society
such as class culture, class consciousness, Gender, family etc.

3. How can organizations or institutions affect one’s self development in a positive and
negative way?
 The institution has the positive effect in one’s self since the institutions are
increasingly investing fiscal and human resources to further develop their online
infrastructure in order to enhance flexible learning options and the overall student
learning experience.

4. In what way that modernity made people free from the social form of the society?
 Modernization removed the ordinary parameters of industrial society, people become
liberated from the social sorts of society, for instance, class culture, class
mindfulness, Gender, family, and etc.
