your company, your products or services.
 Determine a strategic place to display the products.

This fair will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of the company "Details with
love". In which we will be presenting the best-selling products in our stores, in
order to attract the attention of current and potential customers that motivate the
purchase. The main objectives we have on the day of this fair are:

 Attract customer attention to products.

 Promote customer loyalty to the business.
 Offer the product.
 Encourage the act of purchase.

In this festivity we look for a strategic place. A warm place because these types of
points generate greater demand. Because they are spaces that generate greater
visibility for consumers since everything happens in a more natural way.
The type of design for this anniversary, the company logo was designed indicating
the time that this company celebrates.

The advantage of this option is that the audience will have no doubt that it is the
“Anniversary” of the company.
The product catalog is also changed and the new catalog is launched with the new
collection for this current year. Company gifts will be delivered to increase brand
awareness, loyalty to the current audience, it is possible to attract new customers.
 Make a Map or plan design to locate and display the products, according to the example and space of
the place.

POST RENTAL CONTRACT

THIS BOOTH RENTAL AGREEMENT (Agreement) is made and executed at this

location prior to the day of the fair July 25, 2022, by and between the
Commissioners of the Los Ángeles International Fair and the tenants, Lessee,
whose address is Los Ángeles, California, USA.Calle 12 number 2.

CONSIDERATIONS

The Commissioners is a legal and political subdivision of the State of California, and
pursuant to California Revised Statutes, as amended, and may conduct certain
activities at the Los Angeles International Fair, located in Los Angeles, California,
USA.

AGREEMENT
1. Tenant rents booth(s) for the Los Angeles Fair for a period beginning at 7:00
a.m./p.m. on July 26, 2022 and ends at 7:00 a.m./p.m. on July 26, 2022.

2. The Lessee will pay LAIF $50.00, in advance, for each space rented.

3. Renter will pay a security deposit of $50.00 per seat at the time of execution of
this Agreement as security that Renter will comply with all terms of this
Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, the security deposit will be
returned to Renter, without interest, provided that LAIF may deduct any amounts
due under the terms of this Agreement and the costs of repairing or cleaning the
stalls.

4. The Renter will be responsible for any damage to the LAIF booth(s), except for
normal wear and tear.

5. The Lessee accepts the rented position(s) in these conditions. No improvements,

alterations, changes, additions or modifications will be made to the positions
without the prior approval of LAIF.
6. This Agreement constitutes a rental or lease agreement. During the term of this
Agreement, Renter is acting as an independent contractor separate and apart from
LAIF. LAIF has no responsibility for supervision or control over the Lessee.
