1.  The trade name shall not be previously reserved for the same activity or other activities in the same group. . ‫ﺍﻷﻧﺸﻄﺔ‬  ‫ﻣﻦ‬  ‫ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻪ‬  ‫ﻟﻨﻮﻉ‬  ‫ﺃﻭ‬  ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻄﻠﻮﺏ‬  ‫ﺍﻟﻨﺸﺎﻁ‬  ‫ﻟﻨ ﻔﺲ‬ ً ‫ﻣﺴﺒ ﻘﺎ‬  ‫ﻣﺴﺠﻞ‬  ‫ﻏﻴﺮ‬  ‫ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺎﺭﻱ‬  ‫ﺍﻻﺳﻢ‬  ‫ﻳﻜﻮﻥ‬  ‫ﺃﻻ‬  ‫ ﻳﺠﺐ‬ .1

2.  The trade name shall not include any form of religious wording such as the word of “Allah”, “Lord”, “God” or

4.  The trade name shall not include the name of any person, but it may only include partner/owner name

10.  The trade name shall not include any icons such as points or spacers...etc., such as (. , / ). . (  /  ,   . )  ‫ﻣﺜﻞ‬  ‫ﺷﺎﺑﻬﻬﺎ‬  ‫ﻭﻣﺎ‬  ‫ﺍﻟ ﻔﻮﺍﺻﻞ‬  ‫ﺃﻭ‬  ‫ﻛﺎﻟﻨ ﻘﺎﻁ‬  ‫ﺍﻟﺮﻣﻮﺯ‬  ‫ﻣﻦ‬  ‫ﺃﻱ‬  ‫ﺍﻻﺳﻢ‬  ‫ﻳﺘﻀﻤﻦ‬  ‫ﺃﻻ‬  ‫ ﻳﺠﺐ‬ .10

11.  It is not allowed to reserve a trade name beginning with the word "Universal", "Middle East", "International"

12.  You must pay additional fees of AED 1,000 to AED 2,000 with a maximum of 3000 if the trade name

10.  The trade name shall not include any icons such as points or spacers...etc., such as (. , / ). . (  /  ,   . )  ‫ﻣﺜﻞ‬  ‫ﺷﺎﺑﻬﻬﺎ‬  ‫ﻭﻣﺎ‬  ‫ﺍﻟ ﻔﻮﺍﺻﻞ‬  ‫ﺃﻭ‬  ‫ﻛﺎﻟﻨ ﻘﺎﻁ‬  ‫ﺍﻟﺮﻣﻮﺯ‬  ‫ﻣﻦ‬  ‫ﺃﻱ‬  ‫ﺍﻻﺳﻢ‬  ‫ﻳﺘﻀﻤﻦ‬  ‫ﺃﻻ‬  ‫ ﻳﺠﺐ‬ .10

11.  It is not allowed to reserve a trade name beginning with the word "Universal", "Middle East", "International"

12.  You must pay additional fees of AED 1,000 to AED 2,000 with a maximum of 3000 if the trade name

14.  It is not allowed to register the trademarks with the DET; but you shall register them with the trademarks

15.  The Company may use the trade name of another company, which provided the franchise to it, provided that

17.  The DET has the right to charge the difference of fees for previous years in respect of the penalties imposed on
