Overall Observed, LOTO tags Need to be completed, was discussed and Corrected
All crews and individuals observed committed to HSE Program. Good use of PPE and
keeping hands out of pinch points.
Heat and humidity major concern of workforce. Heat up to 104 Degrees today

Comments: Safety Cones are being set up for drop zone in proper locations, good jobs.
