REMINDERS.
1. Thanks to all for working 38 weeks incident free in the Project and continue same safety spirit.
2. Thank you all for the smooth and efficient KJO total Plant Evacuation on the 23 December 2019.KGOC
management extends the application to all.
3. Ensure an assigned Foreman or Charge Hand is always available at each task location at all time.
4. Manual material lifting will be permitted only at designated area with proper lifting gear and bags.
5. It has been noticed that, the standard of Pre-Task Briefing is not stable by all groups as per the procedure.
We request all task supervisors and men to make it habit and maintain the standard of Pre-Task Briefing.
6. It is observed that still there are defective and not inspected, color coded power tools, electrical cables,
full body harnesses are in use, which need to be corrected.
7. Activities beyond 5 pm should be only under close supervision, safety coverage, lighting and all personnel
with clear safety glasses only.
8. It has been noticed that people are throwing the plastic bags, paper glasses for drinking water, damaged
gloves etc. on site which is not acceptable. All such items shall be deposited in dust bins provided.
9. The fittings like water tapes, wash basins, water fossils are being damaged by uses inside ablution. No one
is permitted to do so. Use the toilet sparingly and ensure you clean the closet and wash basins after use.
10. HSE Observation cards – HSE Management thanking all the active participants in great process of Hazard
identification and reporting through HSE Observation cards. A very big claps to all. Request all of you to continue
the same spirit and encourage all those who have not contributed yet and submit one card per week; the greatest
number of cards submitted by workers and construction Engineers/supervisors will be awarded monthly Safety
award–in addition to weekly draw. Participate and get rewarded.
11. Supervisors and HSE Officers to ensure “no modified or damaged tools & PPE” shall be used or stored on site. All
such items shall be returned to stores to avoid use accidentally or unknowingly.
12. Approved types/ standard of access ladders shall be used to access to work area. No ladder is to be used
as work platform at all.
13. Any equipment/vehicles experience oil leak or defects shall be reported to HSE Department and the
affected equipment or vehicle shall be taken out of site with HSE Dept. advise only.
14. Ensure that no crane outrigger shall be placed at the edges of excavations, maintain safe distance.
15. Every Incident irrespective of nature /size shall be reported to HSE Department.
16. Ensure 100 % compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by everyone.
17. Every Supervisor to ensure any employee joining in KGOC Project to undergo TechnipFMC HSE Induction before
deploying on work. Induction ID will be verified on site.

“NO HEAVY EQUIPMENT/VEHICLE OPERATION IS PERMITTED ON SITE WITHOUT A TRAINED BANKS MAN”
