Eyes on the street

● The pedestrian movement is more in the unplanned area


because of the visual connectivity between the
trespassers, the street and the owners resulting in more
eyes on the street. This creates a sense of safety also
during night.

● The eyes on the street in the planned area where there are
a lot of high rise buildings are very less as compared to that
of the unplanned area. This results in lack of safety and
security during day as well as night on the, other hand it
becomes a shady area
