Explanatory notes
This summary of qualifications etc. of ship’s personnel is mandatory and shall be filled in by the master and always kept updated.
The list shall be presented at every manning control on board. Documentation of all information in the list must always be at hand
in case check of documents is required. List shall not be forwarded to the Norwegian Maritime Directorate.
